Co-owners Albert Matheny and Ryan Hopkins started SoHo Strength Lab, and it should come as no surprise that both are formerly collegiate athletes - have you seen their abs? Your coaches are equally tough and fun, bringing a professional yet encouraging sense of humor to the floor to help you complete that last rep.

Just like Albert & Ryan, the other coaches come from varied backgrounds of elite athletic competition, training, and teaching: all have a genuine desire to promote high levels of physical fitness and educate on true athletic movement. SoHo Strength Lab utilizes the latest in sports science research along with years of practical experience to get you in the best shape of your life.

The state-of-the-art training facility holds 1,600 square feet of turf, customized pull up bars, TRXs, sleds, hurdles, and more, serving you creative, effective workouts by the top trainers you love. The different classes focus on improving endurance, strength, and speed, building high performing, well rounded athletes.

Once you’ve torched enough calories to justify your lunchtime bagel, head to the locker room to try some products by organic Australian cult beauty brand Aesop, followed by freshly-blended Lulitonix juices made locally.

The studio offers multiple types of classes, giving you an all-encompassing spot for your fitness needs:

  • HIIT - A 45 minute session focused on high intensity movements and rest periods to get your heart pounding.

  • Strong & Lean - A 45 minute full-body lifting circuits focused on building strength and lean muscle.

  • Conditioning- 45 minutes of speed work, sprint drills, and sled pushes to burn fat, and build total body power.

  • 1,000 Calories - 45 minute to push past your comfort zone and smash your goals.

  • Advanced Core Strength - 60 minutes to help you unlock inversions, mobility, and strength control with challenging body-weight exercises.

  • Hardcore - A 30 minute intense, no-nonsense core work to enhance functional strength & fitness and chisel out that six-pack.

  • Athletic Butt + Core - 45 minutes of athletic movements & isometric holds to give your booty and core that lean athletic look without having to hit the court.

  • Personal Best - 60 minutes targeted, running-focused drills & strength training into your traditional marathon spring build.
