A newcomer to the Flatiron culinary scene, Seoul BAP showcases Korean fare with Manhattan flair, treating your palate to a dreamscape of flavors and upscale feels. Dive in to every dish, ready to experience authenticity and social buzz sure to wow your senses in every way.

Grab your $69 pulse (a $124 value) for a 3 Course Dinner For Two that includes 2 Appetizers, 1 Entree, 1 Dessert, and 2 Cocktails, Glasses of Wine, or Beers, or 1 Bottle of Soju.

Founded by two friends who have been in the industry for over 20 years, Seoul BAP's name stems from a play on words - soul (Seoul) food (bap) - and infuses the melting pot of New York with traditional Korean cuisine and craft cocktails in a bright, contemporary chic space.

As you savor a Korean Pear cocktail with pear-infused soju, honey, lemon, and demerara, revel in the crunch of Korean Fried Chicken repping seasoned, battered, and double fried chicken thigh, and swoon over the freshness of the Salmon Tartare sided by avocado purée, ikura, yuzu kosho, pear matchsticks and house chips.

Come time for mains, the Galbi Jjim is all about tender, braised short rib served over parsnip purée with a chimichurri drizzle. The Tobiko Cacio e Pepe is also a dream via creamy Parmigiana and pecorino topped off with tobiko and nori puree. With a dessert of Mango Yuzu Cake on deck, what's not to adore?

Drink, eats, vibes - it's all here...

At Seoul BAP, food, culture, and conversation are at the heart of your night. A Flatiron newbie, this hotspot is already generating buzz amongst locals & critics alike (hello, 5 Star Yelp Rating!), quickly climbing the ranks as a beloved staple for traditional Korean cuisine with a modern Manhattan twist.

Infusing the melting pot of New York with traditional Korean fare, you'll find an oasis of flavors & feels from the moment you enter. Soft, neutral hues balance beautifully directed lighting & emerald velvet banquettes, not to mention the photo-worthy curved bar that will shake up craft cocktails and pour thoughtfully curated sojus that pair perfectly with your feast.

Friends Bina & Andy combine decades of industry intel & experience to assemble this jewel, tapping into heritage & epicurean greatness to achieve the perfect balance of comfort and class. So what are you waiting for? Open a bottle of soju or relish a Crisp Cucumber Martini cocktail with muddled cucumbers, soju, agave, and lemon - cheers!

The Korean tapas are a real treat, namely the Crispy Dumplings, crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside thanks to pork & kimchi, and the Miso Soju Cod in miso soju marinade with sweet potato puree, pickled orange, and onion relish. For the main event, go for the Bulgogi – aka tender ribeye in a Korean marinade, grilled and served on sizzling cast iron with caramelized onions & mushrooms.

Black Sesame Ice Cream topped with toasted black sesame caramel brittle for dessert? Don't mind if we do...
