Whether you fancy the Lobster Ravioli with house-made ravioli pasta in a creamy brandy bisque, or Veal Parmigiana (thinly pounded veal, marinara, fresh mozzarella, basil), each sense will be fired up thanks to the excellent approach cuisine Chef Grundman has mastered over his many years of experience.

Translated to mean "secret kitchen" in Italian, Segreta Cucina is a revelation, helmed by restauranteur Spiro Menegatos and culinary force Chef Moshe Grundman, who began his career in Rome, and fine tuned his skills under Ben Pollinger at Michelin starred Oceana.

Their efforts have created a brunch to remember for the palate, leaning on exceptional ingredients imported, delivered, and prepped daily - including hand-stretched fresh mozzarella - and a genuine authenticity that mirrors a trattoria-esque style of convivial yet elegant dining.
