Before diving into dishes like the famous Branzino in Tucupi (butterflied 8oz branzino in a tucupi broth, with roasted tomatoes and charred lemon, served with a side of coconut rice), you'll swig on glasses of wine to kick off the feast, not to mention the signature Capirinha do Santo made using cachaca leblon, fresh lime & sugar, leveled up with an infusion of passion fruit or pink guava.
