The gem is the work of Arthur F. Backal, the CEO of Backal Hospitality Group, whose lineup also includes Apella by Alexandria, Cellar Dog, Versa, and Little River, among others. Backal has overseen world-renowned venues for over 30 years, and also relies on the talented VP of Operations, Allen Atwell, to add more to the table with his seasoned hospitality acumen from over 15 years in the business.
