Ramro is a Nepali word for beautiful & good, which comes through in every gorgeously presented plate devoured and libation sipped during your time under its alluring roof. The founding team brings a combined 20+ years of industry experience, and Ramro sets out to showcase the vibrant flavors of their combined heritage with every bite & sip.
Begin your night with a masterfully mixed cocktail The Green Leaf (sake, pandan, palm sugar, jasmine tea, lime juice, coconut cream), which will pair perfectly with a start of Market Fish Crudo, crowned in pickled turnip, apple, and tomato oil.
Come time for mains, standouts include the Porc Pithivier (pork belly, squash, chicken, bone marrow) and the Swordfish, featuring coconut, shio koji, and pickled radish. And, of course, don't miss dessert! We love the Silvanas repping pistachio, buttercream, meringue, and coffee.
