Try the dreamy Raclette New York - a delectable assemblage of filet mignon, sauteed mushrooms, roasted asparagus, potatoes, and a hefty drip of melted raclette cheese. The Croque Havana with citrus-braised pork, house made bread, butter pickles, Dijon, & French raclette cheese on a toasted Cuban roll is also a menu superstar.

Raclette, (a word derived from the French verb racler, meaning, "to scrape") has been a tradition in Europe for hundreds of years - think the Valais and Haute Savois regions of Switzerland and France; inherently cozy, exquisitely decadent.
Raclette in the East Village taps into said cuisine with a Big Apple spin, just steps from Tompkins Square Park. Luscious, melty wheels of fromage are scraped tableside directly onto customers' plates, and make a glorious crown atop fresh meats, crisp veggies, and the like.
The Raclette Burger is a unique take, offering up a 6-ounce sirloin patty, caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato on a toasted brioche bun, served with sweet potato fries and enough cheese to set your appetite aflame with glee.
And if you want to mix it up, the Rack of Lamb is a refreshing alternative sided with polenta and courgette mash, not to mention the Croque Madame and its layers of Jambon de Paris, gruyere and Dijon mustard on toasted brioche, topped with mornay sauce and two fried eggs.
