At the culinary helm is Chopped champ Abe Lopez, whose refreshing riffs on tapas classics will make you swoon. The freshest ingredients are sourced locally, with everything made in-house from scratch daily for ample flavor power.
Disco balls and neon pops set the stage for an all-out celebration of connection and indulgence, meaning the vibe is pure magic, transporting you to another country where the night stretches on forever, and anything is possible. This glittering gem is your ticket to the most scrumptious night!
Kick things off with the first of many pours of boozy tipples. Picture endless refills of Espresso Martinis for a creamy jolt, wonderful Wine, homemade Sangria, bubble Beers, as well as time-honored Simple Classics like Vodka Soda, Tequila Sprite, and Whiskey Coke, just to name a few.
