Settle in as you soak in the sounds of DJ MIHOKO spinning smooth vinyl hits, sipping endless Asahi Super Dry Japanese lager. That's not all for the sip-able delights, as the local sake legends at Kato Sake Works will pour tastings, while a few dishes will be paired with some very new and exciting wines out of Nagano and Yamagata.

Amidst savvy epicureans & devoted regulars, discover the charms of this treasure as Chef Jacob Kiely Song translates his immense creativity in drool-worthy creations. Using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients, he'll tap into the culture of Japan to assemble edible masterpieces that merge tradition with contemporary influences, resulting in delicious presentations.
5 courses will unveil the flavors of Japan as you cuddle up to wavy banquettes and bond over mouthfuls of bliss. Think Sweet Potato Tempura sipped in spicy mayo, a bright salad with the kick of a wasabi dressing, velvety Agedashi Tofu, juicy Beef & Chicken yakitori, and the cool, vibrant sweetness of a Green Tea Ice Cream Sandwich.
