We invite you to go hog wild at The 9th Annual Pig Island, a porktacular celebration featuring the best New York farmers, chefs, distillers, vintners, and breweries taking place from 11:30am until 4:00pm on Saturday September 8, 2018.

Grab your $65 All-Inclusive Ticket (an $81 Value) for access to one of the city's top annual events, taking place at the beautiful Erie Basin Park in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Enjoy unlimited amounts of all things pork, sides, and endless craft beers, wines, ciders and spirits.

There will be old favorites including Pitmaster Matt Fisher (Fletcher's Brooklyn BBQ) and Roxanne Spruance (The Kingsley) smoking ribs for your pleasure; as well as new additions such as Butcher Jason Fox (Hudson & Charles) and Portuguese BBQ expert Rodrigo Duarte (Caseiro e Bom).

Oh, and save some room for dessert because Roni-Sue's Chocolates will be providing you with a selection of bacon and chocolate treats to enjoy!

Owned by legendary New York City restaurateur, chef, and social entrepreneur Jimmy Carbone, Food Karma Projects creates unique events that showcase the finest local foods, NYC chefs, craft beers, regional wines, and artisanal spirits while benefitting non-profit community groups.

The 9th Annual Pig Island, Food Karma Projects' marquee annual event, gathers over 25 New York chefs and 80 locally sourced hogs for a regionally inspired feast on the lawn.

Dig into juicy creations by Charcuterie Master Rodrigo Duarte (Casiero e Bom - last year's Best in Show for Traditional Pork); Michael Jenkins (Butter); Belly Korean Bacon Shop; and Hoodoo Brown BBQ, just to name a few.

You don’t have to be a carnivore to attend! Several vegetarian, friendly side stations from Brooklyn Brine, NYC Hot Sauce Company & a Cabot Cheese food truck will offer plenty of other food.

Finally, sip on craft beers from Sixpoint, wines from around New York state, ciders by Original Sin, Black Duck Cidery, and EZ Orchards, and a host of artisan spirits.
