One of only two risotterias in the city, Passatempo specializes in the craft of creating the fluffiest, most perfectly al dente risotto imported from the Italian town of Vercelli, aka Europe’s rice capital. From the 13th century ancient canals that channel water from the Alps, to the nutritious soil, each grain is notorious for its unique, optimal texture.
The Summer Truffle (black truffle, shallots, parmesan) dish is a prime example of the culinary versatility and quality of their risotto, while the handmade pastas are equally delightful - namely the Lobster Pappardelle loaded with lobster claw meat and cherry tomatoes.
