Influenced by the Spanish & French culinary traditions of The Big Easy, Parish's menu is as vibrantly melodic as the city from which it draws its inspiration.
Picture yourself digging into Classic Po’ Boy (oysters or shrimp, remoulade, pickles) or Shrimp & Grits loaded with andouille sausage, roasted garlic, charred scallion, and creole BBQ.
A refreshing Pimms Cup (Pimms No. 1, mint, fresh lime), luscious Sazerac (St. George absinthe, Sazerac rye, Cognac), or a chilled glass of wine will cool you off throughout this steamy setup studded in vintage sconces & pendant lamps that cast a sultry glow on the space.
Come time for dessert, get a little messy and “laissez les bon temps rouler” (let the good times roll) in a plate of powdered sugar-dusted, Café du Monde-inspired Beignets with a cafe au lait dip. C'est la vie!
