Dive into favorites like the Pardon My Passion (tequila blanco, aperol, passionfruit puree, prosecco, club soda) or the French Kiss (raspberries, coconut rum, lemon juice, honey, egg white), developed by talented mixologist & drinks maestro Kalani Robinson.
Begin with the juicy Meatball Skewers served with a red wine sauce, pickled Fresno chilies, and grainy mustard, followed by the dreamy La Mouclade, aka PEI mussels with a creamy curry sauce served with a toasted baguette.
