During dinner which is served from 5:00pm until 7:30pm, you will enjoy a 5 course feast paired with 1 glass of Champagne, wine, or beer. Usher in 2018 with a magnificent 5 course feast, moving from the Parsnip Bisque, and the Sunchoke Toast with Pickled Pear, to the Handmade Pasta with Butternut Cream, and finally to the decadent fermata of the Chocolate Mint Custard.
At 8:00pm, lights will be lowered. cocktails will start flowing, hors d'oeuvres will be served, and lively guests in their New Year's best will dance and tipple the night away.
