An authentic Taiwanese treat, the Frost Factory snow ice is fluffy, light, and melt-in-your-mouth creamy. Choose from base flavors including Chocolate Nutella, Matcha, Lychee, and Vanilla, then add scoops of your favorite toppings: Oreos, Pocky Sticks, Coconut Jelly, and Blueberry Bobba (tapioca balls) are just some of the myriad choices!
For a devastating final touch, pick a drizzle of fresh fruit puree, sweet condensed milk, or decadent melted Nutella that instantly turns into chocolate coating upon meeting the cool snow ice.

A fanciful new favorite on NYC's ice cream scene, NY Frost Factory offers authentic Taiwanese snow ice in irresistible flavors, garnished with wildly creative toppings.
The founder James Wong was inspired by his childhood to recreate the unique snow ice treats he enjoyed as a kid in Taipei here in NYC. Rather than relying on heavy cream, snow ice gets its cloudy and luxurious texture from finely ground ice that allows in more air molecules.
Use your imagination to create your very own unique treat over a decadent, whipped base; take your pick from toppings such as Fruity Pebbles, Sprinkles, Mochi chunks, Coconut Jelly, and more.
A generous drizzle of sweet syrups makes it a work of art that is almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.
