Specializing in authentic Tuscan cuisine, Notaro Ristorante offers a type of food found nowhere else. That's because owner Angelo Peralta grew up with this wonderful cuisine his entire life. Angelo's Italian tenure, combined with his experience as a chef, promises his customers a culinary compilation of cosmic proportions.
Inspired by the fresh, rustica cuisine of Peralta's childhood, Notaro's menu focuses on in-house preparation, organic ingredients (some of which are imported directly from Italy), and authentic flavors.
Start your 3 course feast with the Polpette di Carne (Meatballs served in a tomato sauce), then move on to the Sole Pesce Picatta (Filet of Sole with capers in a reduction of chardonnay and lemon) or the Lasagna Tradizionale (an old school meat lasagna).
