If you like meat, the Argentina Ribeye is a must - dry aged for 28 days, chargrilled to perfection and served with a chimichurri sauce alongside patagonian potatoes.
Selections from the sea include the Pan Seared Scallops, severed with foraged mushrooms and sprinkled with black truffle vinaigrette.

While growing up in a small village in the South, Chef Nicholas Restivo became infatuated with all things epicurean and it was in his hometown that he decided to turn his love of food into his life's passion.
Nios is Chef Restivo's first foray into restaurant ownership, recently gaining high marks from the Travel Channel and Refinery 29 to name a few. Comfortable leather ottomans, wood finishes and a spectacular wine wall create a luxurious setting to enjoy a splendid dinner.
Start your evening with the Roasted Heirloom Beet Salad (za'atar, labneh, pistachio, mint), offering a gorgeous mélange of textures, colors and flavors.
If you can't decide between surf or turf, why not have both: the Surf 'n' Turf is served in slider format with a hearty serving of lobster and prime bison.
End things on a sweet note with a decadent dessert, like the NYC Cheesecake served with strawberry compote. A sweet ending, to a charming evening.
