Executive Chef Henry Vigniero (also of sister establishment Mykonos Blue) infuses brasserie classics with fresh Mediterranean flavors and organic, locally sourced produce.
Start your evening off with the tender Octopus Spheres Tarama Cream (Sashimi quality Mediterranean octopus, charcoal grilled, and served with tarama sauce), then move on to the 16 oz sirloin steak or the Char-Grilled Lavraki brushed with with fresh lemon-olive oil and herbs.
