Chef Mario Hernandez often makes culinary trips to Mexico, bringing back authentic recipes from various regions of the country. He also sources a variety of local products and unique ingredients for the menu that showcases the regional glories of Mexico.
Start off with a cocktail, then go savory with the Huevos Rancheros with the homemade chile de agua salsa. You can also opt for tacos, stuffed with everything from Cod Fish Baja Style to Marinated Pork. The Short Rib Burger on brioche with spicy fries is always a favorite for carnivores.
Oh yes, the cocktails! Seven choices for your 4 cocktails include The Regular Margarita, Jalapeño Margarita, Michelada, Jamaica Mimosa, Bellini, Red Sangria and of course, the Bloody Maria made with Jorge Guzman's mix.
