She’s Gone Nuts - by Kate Hornsby with honey sriracha mayo, pickled cabbage, crushed peanuts, and cilantro.
The Berlin - by Katrine Bjørnson Strøyberg with curry ketchup, crispy fried onions, green onions, and curry sprinkles.
North Pacific Gyre - by Tatsuya Aoki, with pineapple salsa, tonkatsu sauce, and honey roasted walnuts.
