Owner & Salty Rim Hospitality Group Managing Partner Zach Koseff has assembled all the best elements to create an unforgettable night, infusing your evening with authentic flavors and relaxed feels that will put you in the mood for indulgence, especially when you add a glass of rosé or a Cribbean Coffee (whiskey, rum, hot coffee, chai, whipped cream, cinnamon) to the mix.
Feast your senses on some Ham & Corn Croquetas with cilantro garlic aioli, moving on to The Maxette Steak Frites repping a brown sugar & Brooklyn coffee rubbed NY Strip, redeye sauce, and fries, as well as the Whole Grilled Snapper with garlic cilantro sauce alongside a papaya-lime salad & rice.

Standouts include the Tempranillo Crianza from Rioja, Spain, and the Hemingway’s Little Sis cocktail with tequila, hibiscus, lime, grapefruit, and prosecco.
Once you've wet your whistle, begin with some homemade Pepperoni Croquetas with vodka sauce. Next up, the Vaca Frita comprised of braised then crisped steak, pickled red onion, garlic rice, and cilantro. The Orecchiette is also divine with roasted pork shoulder, kale, Modest Arrogance chili flakes, and shaved pecorino.

"Came here for dinner and I can't wait to go back! I love the relaxed feel of the entire place - great food, great cocktails and very relaxed. Just my vibe! Had a few different cocktails on their menu - all delicious! I tried each of the croquetas - love all of the aiolis! The flavor was amazing. My husband and I split the fried chicken sandwich and vaca frita! They were both delicious. All absolutely incredible! Highly recommend!"
