Inspired by the cuisine of the French Caribbean, the menu reflects flavor in abundance, weaving in innovation and a refreshing upgrade. Begin with some La Vielle Ferme Rosé from France, or a Butterfly in the City cocktail made with Grey Goose, butterfly pea syrup, lemon, cream, and egg white.
The feast begins with delicate Tuna Tartare layered with guacamole, soy citrus dressing, and house-made tortilla chips to scoop it all up, followed by New York Strip Steak Frites (chimichurri or peppercorn sauce, french fries, house salad) and Lobster Ravioli (homemade tomato sauce, fresh basil, parmesan cheese).
