You'll start off by learning about the grapes used to make Cognac, then the class will move to an interactive hands-on cocktail making and pairing your creations with delicious foods. Finally, it ends with a Comparative Cognac Tasting: VSOP vs XO.

Le Voyage Cognac Cocktails is part of Liquor Lab's Master Class Series, where you'll learn from the pros as they teach you the versatility of this spirit that is produced by double distilling white wines from any of the designated growing regions in Cognac, France.
You'll learn step-by-step how to make drinks such as the French 75 (VSOP Cognac, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Sparkling Wine), the Cognac Mule (VSOP Cognac, Ginger Syrup, Lime Juice, Soda Water) and others... then drink them!
On the food menu: a selection of charcuterie, flatbreads, liquorish chocolate and more to enjoy throughout the evening to make sure you don't get too tipsy!
The evening ends with a grand tasting - VSOP vs XO! VSOP stands for Very Superior Old Pale Cognac, created from eaux-de-vie aged for at least four years; while XO stands for Extra Old Cognac, created from eaux-de-vie aged for at least six years.
