He later made waves in Miami with his acclaimed restaurant 33 Kitchen, earning multiple stars from the Miami Herald, Best Peruvian Restaurant in Miami from Miami New Times, and recognition as one of Wine Spectator's 60 Best Chefs in America, where he showcased his cooking alongside the nation's culinary elite at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
His career has since included roles as Executive Chef of The Capital Grille, Food & Beverage Director at Coral Reef Yacht Club, and Executive Chef at Martha's Vineyard's Garde East, where he famously cooked for President Barack Obama during the summer of 2021.
