Quench your thirst with a thoughtfully curated cocktail like the Winter Whisper (Jim Beam apple, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger beer). By the time your feast comes to a close, you'll be ready to dance alongside bellydancers, fire dancers and other mysterious performers.

Doug Psaltis (a founding chef of Bouley Bakery) helped create the Tangiers-inspired menu that references worldly influences for a vibrant and refined take on North African cuisine.
A sheikh-worthy feast awaits you for New Year's Eve 2020, flowing from the Crab Cake (sashimi-grade grilled crab, fava purée) or the Babaghannoush, to the Grilled Short Ribbs (citrus prune sauce, cinnamon, almond quinoa). The Chocolate Mousse or the Coconut Flan provides a sweet finale to your magnificent meal.
