The menu by celebrated Chef Doug Psaltis (of The French Laundry, Alain Ducasse & New York Country fame) brings together North African flavors and French influences honed from his years running a 3 Michelin-starred Le Louis XV in Monaco.
Highly popular menu items include the Steak Frites (frites, watercress salad, peppercorn sauce) and the Grilled Whole Fish with a refreshing fennel mint salad, fingerling potatoes, and charred lemon. Finalize it all with some dessert - decadence to a tee.

Doug Psaltis (a founding chef of Bouley Bakery) helped create the Tangiers-inspired menu that references worldly flavors for a vibrant and refined take on North African cuisine.
To start, try the Sliders de Boeuf layered with organic beef, caramelized onions, roquefort, Swiss cheese, watercress, and dijon mayo, or the Tuna Tartare studded in scallions, avocado, nori crisp, purple shiso, yuzu kosho, and soy mirin.
For entrees the Grilled Short Ribs (citrus prune sauce, cinnamon, almond quinoa) always pleases, or go straight to the sea via the Scallops sided by a cauliflower purée, and crowned in hazelnuts, golden raisins, vadouvan spice, and a drizzle of mustard oil.
