French-trained Executive Chef Reagan Angelle (Palm Steakhouse, Jane Restaurant SoHo) shines with canonical dishes brightened with contemporary touches, like the Steak Frites served with a choice of au poivre sauce or roasted tomato & roquefort jam.
Fresh fish, delivered daily, include the Whole Grilled Branzino, served alongside a bed of swiss chard, roasted sunchokes, cucumber and fennel.

Executive Chef Reagan Angelle honed his craft at the city's best French establishments, including Cafe Luxembourg on the Upper West Side. Chef Angelle has used his decade plus experience to design Le Privé's carefully curated, ingredients-focused menu; a menu that blends Chef Angelle's classic training with his own New Orleans background.
To begin, try the Salade Niçoise: tuna delicately poached in olive oil, tender haricots verts, olives, and hard-boiled egg over a bed of market greens.
Move on to the Paella de Riz aux Champignons rich with sundried mushrooms, shrimp, scallops, and clams. Vegetarians will love Le Gratin de Macaroni bubbling with goat cheese, raclette, camembert, and parmesan.
