This International Women’s Day, something big is popping off in the West Village. No Wine Left Behind (NWLB) is taking over Le Du Wines for a one-day-only Women in Wine Festival, bringing 40+ wines, global producers, tasty bites, and a seriously iconic wine shop together under one roof. Think walk-around energy, international bottles, and zero stuffiness at Le Du Wines in the West Village on Sunday March 8, 2026 starting at 6:30pm.

Grab your $49 Session Three - General Admission Ticket (an $82 value) that gets you 2 Hours of Tastings of 40+ Wines, not to mention a Spread of Delicious Charcuterie, a Commemorative Tasting Glass to take home, and a $20 Le Du Store Credit.

This is NWLB’s first-ever Women in Wine Festival, and it’s all about putting women winemakers front and center. Producers are flying in from around the world to pour their wines, tell their stories, and step into the arena for NWLB’s signature competitive blind tasting games. You'll taste mystery wines, play NWLB’s multiple-choice digital blind tasting game, and cast votes in real time. The winning wine will earn a permanent spot on Le Du’s shelves.

Beyond the wines, expect tasting stations hosted by the winemakers themselves, a gorgeous charcuterie spread, No Wine Left Behind–branded wine glasses, and $20 in Le Du store credit. Plus, NWLB’s digital tasting tech quietly gathers anonymized insights that help producers, buyers, and the city's wine scene at large.

This festival is all about discovery without gatekeeping, great wine, and celebrating the women redefining the future of wine. It’s one you don’t want to miss...

No Wine Left Behind is your home base for wine without the ego. They host wine retreats, events, private parties, and pop-ups that feel more like a great night out than a lecture, plus a growing lineup of NWLB merch for the true fans. They’re serious about not taking wine too seriously, and that mindset shows up in everything they do: playful blind tastings, real conversations, and bottles chosen for vibe, values, and story.

Every glass they pour reflects what they care about. They work directly with winemakers they’ve actually met, from their own backyard to vineyards around the world, and they champion four core pillars: women-led, sustainability, innovation, and transparency. That means spotlighting women shaping the future of wine, prioritizing organic and biodynamic practices, celebrating both ancient traditions and boundary-pushing techniques, and partnering with producers who are proud to show exactly how their wine is made.

What started as a backyard COVID experiment has grown into a full-blown community. Founded by Fallon Schlossman and built alongside longtime collaborator Louisa Alter, NWLB is powered by a small team of wine lovers, storytellers, and chaos coordinators who make every event feel like a party with your smartest, funniest friends. All sippers are welcome here, from certified cork dorks to boxed-wine loyalists.

The Women in Wine Festival will be held at Le Du, a West Village legend in the city's wine scene. They've been shaping how New Yorkers drink since 2005. Founded by the late Jean-Luc Le Dû (one of the city’s most respected sommeliers) the shop carries legacy. Jean-Luc helped earn Restaurant Daniel a Wine Spectator Grand Award in 2002, and he brought that same world-class credibility, taste, and rigor to a boutique retail space that quickly became a must-know address for wine lovers.

Nearly two decades later, Le Dû Wines is still defined by that vision: exceptional bottles without pretension. Its shelves span iconic old-world classics and cutting-edge global producers, curated with intention and heart. Just as important is the human touch, an expert, deeply passionate team known for guidance that feels personal, not performative.
