The party starts at 9:00pm, with a four course dinner, expertly prepared by Chef Carlos Pico. Your meal starts with half a dozen oysters and then take your pick from your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th courses.

You'll start your evening with a 4 Course New Year's Eve Dinner, from the restaurant's NYE Dinner Menu. Everyone gets half a dozen East Coast/West Coast Oysters to get the night going.
Then, take your pick from Fresh Truffles, Kale Frieze Salad or Burrata & Procciutto. Four your main course indulge in Filet Mignon with Shiitake Mushrooms, Potato Gratin; or a Butter Poached Lobster with Lobster Risotto & Burgundy Truffles.
Finally dessert is a choice between Creme Brulee, Tiramisu or Triple Chocolate Cake.
Done up with exposed tiling, reclaimed wood and vintage signs, Vella offers a gorgeous setting in which to celebrate.
