Dubbed "innovative" by The New York Times, celebrated in Vogue, and adored by A-listers like David Beckham and Sarah Jessica Parker, KYU is a NoHo treasure of exquisite cuisine and fusion feels. Add in a Michelin Star-trained chef, a dreamy cocktail lineup, and a gorgeous space to indulge - KYU is ready to impress.

Grab your $99 pulse (a $169 value) for a 3 Course Dinner For Two that includes 1 Appetizer, 1 Share Plate, 1 Side, 1 Dessert, and 2 Cocktails, Glasses of Wine, or Beers.

The beauty of every bite is the work of Global Executive Chef Raheem Sealey (of Michelin Guide pick Zuma and Shiso) and Chef de Cuisine Nathan Pauley, whose resume includes Michelin-starred Piora and Gunter Seeger NY and working with Noma cofounder, Mads Refslund, at Acme.

The cocktails are as divine as the exquisite wood-fired, Asian-inspired fare. Think a Pink Puppy libation (Haku vodka, lychee, yuzu, peychaud’s bitters) and a plate of refreshing Hamachi Crudo dripping in white ponzu to start. Next up, dive into mains like Surf & Turf repping skirt steak & blue prawns, Smoked Bone Marrow with shiso chimichurri & miso toast, or Chilean Seabass adorned with herbs.

After your taste buds have recovered from the bliss of such savory sensations, move on to the divine sweetness of Dark Chocolate S'Mores Cake sided by banana-bourbon ice cream. It's all golden and glorious at KYU...

Named a James Beard Awards semifinalist for best new restaurant, among OpenTable’s list of best new places, applauded by Forbes, adored by A-listers like Hailey & Justin Bieber, and seen as one of the locations where Carrie Bradshaw dined & drank Cosmopolitans in "Sex & The City" revival "And Just Like That..." KYU is a concept conceived by Chef Michael Lewis, who studied under masters Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Eric Ripert.

Fast forward to 2025, this award-winning jewel calls Manhattan's coveted NoHo neighborhood home, with Global Executive Chef Raheem Sealey overseeing the show while Chef de Cuisine Nathan Pauley is in charge of the kitchen. Chef Pauley brings not only 13 years of culinary passion to the table, but an impressive resume that includes training at Michelin-starred gems and iconic names in the industry.

A Savannah native, Chef Pauley moved to NYC for an unpaid internship, and began cooking at a bar and grill to make ends meet, which sparked his passion for restaurants and hospitality. Over the past 13 years, he has worked in multiple notable locales, including Michelin-starred Piora and Gunter Seeger NY, and alongside renowned chefs such as Michelin-Starred Noma cofounder Mads Refslund at ACME.

Within this stunning treasure, admire work by Andrew Antonaccio, known as 2Alas, a renowned artist whose striking, urban-inspired creations have become iconic in Miami and beyond. His newest piece, featuring eyes formed from chain link, now brings his signature style and storytelling to KYU NYC, where it’s prominently displayed in the dining room to continue connecting guests through art.

Also within the 5,700-square-foot NoHo space is an air that simmers with the scent of superb cuisine, inspired by Asian barbecue techniques and executed via custom wood-fired elements that create flavors both unexpected and absolutely unforgettable. Locally-sourced meats, seafood, and produce reign supreme, so prepare your palate for the inevitable wow-factor that's to come.

Think Pork Gyoza and Tuna Tataki to start, followed by plates of Filet Mignon Yakitori with fire-roasted kimchi, Duck Breast with burnt ends, Beef Short Rib alongside sweet soy, and Korean Fried Chicken dipped in chili butter. Drooling much? That's only the beginning, as picking the perfect cocktail and wine pairing will be difficult since every sip is sublime.

Dessert, and few more sips, maybe a few more of their famed She-So-Spicy cocktail with Altos Blanco, cucumber, mint, shiso, yuzu, and Thai chili “spicy shiso sour.” The night is ready for you at KYU!

All selections are made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.
