The kitchen's menu was crafted in collaboration with Chef Dan Nistorescu, who brings over 20 years of culinary expertise, serving inventive twists on Mediterranean and Aegean classics. The cocktail program is curated by renowned mixologist Pablo Aiguilar, whose 15 years of experience span some of the city's most acclaimed restaurant, including Upper West Side gem, Tasca.
The combination of perfect plates and marvelous mixed cocktails will result in a feast for your taste buds, so sip a Santorini libation with vodka, pear juice, sage, lemongrass syrup, and lemon juice, kicking off your appetite with some Beef & Pork Dumplings elevated by caramelized onions.
