RISE Brooklyn Fitness is dedicated to providing the most exhilarating, fat-burning, body-sculpting workout in a friendly and supportive environment.

Take your pick among the multiple disciplines offered here by nationally certified instructors.

Kickboxing - This popular discipline combines Karate, Muay Thai, and Boxing and works all your major muscle groups. You'll burn up to 800 calories an hour while striking and kicking on heavy bags or sparring with your partner. Classes incorporate warm-ups that can involve weights, TRX, HIIT, medicine ball, and kettle bells; you'll end with an intense core session to seal your practice.

Boxing - You'll develop stamina, agility, and strength while melting fat and sculpting lean muscles in this classic combat discipline. Classes incorporate warm-up using body weight or other fitness tools, partner work, heavy bag work. You will finish with a core session designed to shred abdominal fat when your body is at a ketogenic state.

Muay Thai - The celebrated combat sport of Thailand, Muay Thai uses stand-up striking, jabbing, and clinching techniques. You'll improve your overall health and fitness, boost the immune system, and get unparalleled mental clarity and calm.

TNT Bootcamp - This total body sculpting class is designed to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest amount of time, while giving you both cardio and toning benefits in just one hour. You will use TRX, weights, kettlebells, sliders, resistance bands, ladders, Kickboxing, cage bags, pad work, Bosu balls, and other props in order to keep your body guessing - and working its hardest.
