This walk-around tasting at Pier 57's ultra-cool Market 57 will be an exciting gathering of chefs from the New York culinary community, with food stations from esteemed culinary giants, guest chefs, and more talented creators. Each station’s offering will reflect the chef’s signature style and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurant and community.
In addition to the delectable eats & libations, proceeds from your ticket directly support the local independent restaurants and chefs participating in the event. Plus, a portion of proceeds support JBF's national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women's leadership for the culinary industry.
With that in mind, meet & greet with these culinary masters as you try their sensational concoctions. Think Mochi-Crusted Kona Kampachi by TasteTwenty Guest Chef & James Beard Award Semifinalist Michelle Karr-Ueoka and Wade Ueoka from Honolulu, as well as Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell by Ben "Moody" Harney of The Real Mothershuckers.
