Kyky Conille, founder of Conille Hospitality Group, is running the show at the new spot. Conille previously managed Lily Pond, a renowned East Hampton nightclub, as well as Provocateur in Manhattan. He brought on Executive Chef Saul Medina, who boasts decades of experience and a penchant for innovation & creativity.
Before you dine, dive into the top-notch tipples. A crisp glass of white wine will set you up for palatable bliss, or discover the greatness of the spot's signature mixology creations, namely the Olive Oil Martini, comprised of Tito's vodka washed with Monini olive oil, Cocchi Bianco, and Castelvetrano brine.
Begin with starts like the Fried Oyster with sauce gribiche, calabrian aioli, and endive, followed by entrees like the sublime Lobster Risotto, or Tartufo Al Funghi repping pappardelle, wild mushroom blend, white truffle oil, and pecorino romano.
