Founded in 2007 by childhood friends Christian and Max, Il Passatore has been a staple in the Brooklyn dining scene for over a decade. Expect luscious, hand-picked wines alongside starters like Fritto Misto (pan-fried calamari, rock shrimp, lemon aioli. Next up, a plate of Bistecca al Pepe, aka grilled grass-fed Ribeye steak cooked to juicy perfection with a pink peppercorn sauce.

The star of the show is the superbly prepared food. Their coveted handmade pasta is made fresh every day in-house, serving as a revelation of culinary craftsmanship. Think Caramelle di Zucca, aka butternut squash filled candy shape pasta in a light butter sauce and white truffle oil, or classic Tagliolini alla Carbonara and its creamy, indulgent finish.
