A Pandemonium cocktail laced with rum, pandan, globe amaranth, pineapple, toasted rice, and lemon kickstarts the feast, followed by the famed Buckwheat Waffle adorned in tristar strawberries, whipped yogurt, and maple syrup, or the Flatiron Steak studded by a sunnyside egg, charcoal roasted carrots, and hibiscus romesco.
