Your meal will be prepared by acclaimed & Argentinian-born Chef Julieta Vera. You'll experience her exceptional culinary talents, derived from her time at Porteno, as well as her training at the esteemed Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía.
Sip on a HOWM Negroni (gin, cacao & chipotle infused campari, strawberry vermouth) while you begin with the Tuna Tartare (avocado mousse, crispy quinoa, citrus oil), moving onto mains like Roasted Turkey Breast (brined for 4 hours, herbed turkey gravy) or the Hanger Steak Churrasco (8 oz hanger steak, confit shallots, chimichurri).

For mains, go classic with Turkey, or try the Chicken a la Brasa - a whole chicken with a guava glaze, confit tomatoes, and aji verde.
