Your meal will be prepared by acclaimed & Argentinian-born Chef Julieta Vera. You'll experience her exceptional culinary talents, derived from her time at Porteno, as well as her training at the esteemed Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía.
Pop open the bubbles and begin with Crispy Patacones sided by mango chili chutney, moving on to the Guava Pork Belly with spicy pickled apple slaw and fried shallots. For the main attraction the Hanger Steak is a dream adjacent crispy smashed potatoes & chimichurri, not to mention the Black Bass with cranberry beans, cherry tomatoes, and herb oil.
