Culture & flair make their way onto the menu thanks to Argentinian-born Chef Julieta Vera (formerly of Porteno Restaurant). Her training at the esteemed Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía allows her to bring something incredible to the table.
Sip on a HOWM Negroni (gin, cacao & chipotle-infused campari, strawberry vermouth) and dive into juicy Mini Churrasco (grilled steak, chimichurri), followed by the refreshing Red Snapper (pan-seared, jalapeño, criolla sauce), not to mention the Tomahawk - a 30 ounce USDA prime Tomahawk steak with chimichurri & grilled portobello mushrooms.
