Creativity knows no bounds as Choi whips up plates like the Burger repping a beef & bacon blend, aged cheddar, caramelized onion, and kimchi animal sauce, not to mention the Chicken Karaage, aka crispy fried chicken dressed with gochujang honey butter & dipped in a white kimchi tartar sauce. Of course, there's the Sizzling Crab Fried Rice studded with dungeness crab, egg, and kani miso sauce.

The Yukaejang Ramen is also a delight comprised of spicy beef broth, shredded beef, and tonkotsu noodles.
