Celebrated by New York Magazine and Vogue for its "impeccable food, service and wine list," Gaby Brasserie Française at The Sofitel New York combines retro glamour with a heavy dose of decadence to level up your brunch game.

Grab your $65 pulse (a $102 Value) for a 3 Course Bottomless Brunch For Two that includes 2 Prix-Fixe Menus comprised of 2 Appetizers, 2 Entrees, 2 Coffees & Teas, a Bread Basket, and 2 Hours of Bottomless Bloody Marys, Mimosas & Bellinis.

Under the innovative eye of none other than Executive Chef Robert Hohmann (The Warwick Hotel, The Roosevelt New York Hotel), Gaby serves French cuisine that shuns pretension; flavors are clear, concise, and combined in a way that makes each bite as gorgeous as a stroll down the Champs-Élysées.

Bloody Marys find their match in classics like the Eggs Royale crowned with poached organic eggs and smoked salmon atop an English muffin; but it's the Grass-Fed New York Strip Steak & Eggs - organic, of course - with Cresskill farm parsley potatoes that reigns supreme.

Art-deco pieces are interwoven throughout the space, harkening to a time of indulgent pleasures and encouraging dates to cuddle up and groups to enliven their conversational buzz.

Cheers to a brunch for the ages...

Just steps from Bryant Park, you'll find Gaby tucked within the illustrious Sofitel Hotel, glimmering with vintage allure and the aromas on fine brunch delicacies fit for discerning weekend warriors and early afternoon diners alike.

Named after the 1920s Parisian model and muse to Paul Poiret, Gaby was built by renowned Paris-based interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, who took the historical inspiration and translated it into sophisticated incorporations of vibrant art, rich hues, and New York City's energy - but with a French flair.

The brunch menu is a tribute to the artistic beauty of the restaurant's namesake, bringing Executive Chef Robert Hohmann's 20+ years of experience to the table - he's headed the kitchens of some of Manhattan’s most established hotels, and has also hosted events for Presidents Obama, Bush Junior, Clinton & Bush Senior.

Begin with the famous Fried Green Tomatoes sided with goat cheese and tomato-bacon jam, moving on to pan-seared Day Boat Scallops (sautéed spinach, gingered butternut squash purée) that nod to the sea; aim for the extravagant à la the Parisian ham, Gruyère, and béchamel sauced Croque Madame, served on buttery brioche & topped with sunny side up egg.

Sip teas & coffee to get you energized for 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas and prosecco, finishing it all off with the final morsels of that coveted bread basket. C'est la vie, oui oui!

All selections will be made from the restaurant's Bottomless Brunch Prix-Fixe Menu.
