The menu created by Georgia's most famous executive chef, Holly Chute, will be a feast of unlimited Southern classics including Chicken Three Ways (fried, BBQ, smoked), Corn Bread, Watermelon Salad, and grilled options for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
For an even more lavish party, go VIP style for $150 (a $212 value) and start the party an hour earlier! You'll also get guaranteed bench seating in the private VIP area right by the water, for the best views of the fireworks.

Food Karma Projects - the producers of Pig Island and CookOut NYC - presents the ultimate Fourth of July bash that celebrates New Yorkers’ passion for eating and drinking outdoors: A Taste of Georgia: Fourth of July Party on the East River.
This all-inclusive cookout will have you feasting on Southern-style dishes prepared by Holly Chute, the Executive Chef of the Georgia Governor's Mansion. Holly has previously helmed the BBQ for U.S. Presidents, the members of the British Royal Family, and celebs including Dr. Mehmet Oz, among many others.
The star item on the menu is Chef Chute's famous Southern Chicken (recently named Best Chicken by Cooking LIght). You'll also enjoy the mouthwatering sides, roasted sweet potatoes, homemade peach cobbler, and fresh summer slaw, all prepared by give of the most acclaimed young chefs in Georgia, including Adam Evans (Food & Wine's "People's Best New Chef 2015") and James Beard nominee Duane Nutter.
Taking place at Stuyvesant Cove Park, a lovely park sitting on the East River between 18th and 23rd Streets, the party also boasts the ultimate view of the Macy's fireworks.
