Rosé Champagne has many faces ranging from delicate and fruity to rich and full-bodied. You'll taste blended “assemblage” rosés as well as a macerated and bled “saignée” rosé. Expect to explore an array of grape varieties, terroirs, and vinification processes from a selection of top growers spanning the major sub-regions of Champagne.
Hosts Whitney Schubert and Blaine Ashley will walk you through the aromas and flavor profiles of each bottle. Swirl, sip, and sniff your way through glasses of Christophe Mignon ADN de Meunier Brut Rosé NV, in addition to Laherte Frères Rosé de Meunier Extra Brut NV, and more.
