Brought to you by HighLife Productions - aka the brains behind Secret Summer Festival and SSUNDAZE - FESTIVÁL Cafe celebrates local flavors through exceptional farm-to-bar mixology and food. Their High Tea Experience is no different, merging exceptional preparation with awe-inducing presentation.
The 100% local menu changes with the seasons, highlighting ingredients at the peak of their deliciousness in ways that are very hard to find anywhere else. Some of the nearby producers they work with include Lani's Farm, Local Apiary Honey, Barefoot Botanicals and so much more, keeping it close to home for maximum favor.
A Rose Acai Almond Palmer, or an Espresso Martini will kick off the food-fueled festivities, laced with spiced rum, L'orgeat, coffee liqueur, and nitro cold brew. Go for the sweet stuff a lá Amalfi Lemon Cake, as well as a Strawberry Jam-Cream Cruffin.
