Take a step back in time as you soar above the city streets below and enter an art deco paradise, complete with turn-of-the-century class and modern New York City-cool. Founded by the team behind Refinery Hotel, this treasure is an homage to Elsie de Wolfe, the interior decorator/actress/visionary who reigned over Jazz Age social scenes in Paris, London and New York.
Channel your inner flapper and dapper gent, sipping gleefully as you take in art-deco elements like velvet seats, gold accents, a giant marble bar, and sweeping views, all within a heated, enclosed space to keep you warm as burlesque dancers, aerialists, and various jaw-dropping performances work their way through the space.
The bar will churn out delectable Prohibition Era-style cocktails like the El Presidente with white rum, Curaçao , dry vermouth, and grenadine, the Sidecar with cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice, as well as the Mary Pichard made using white rum, maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
