Immerse yourself in a dazzling, multi-sensorial journey to the future of food & beverage as Edible Manhattan presents The 3rd Annual Food Loves Tech, taking place from 10:00am until 4:00pm on Saturday November 3, 2018.

Grab your $39 GA Ticket (an $82 value) to taste and sip your way through the food and drinks of tomorrow, today. During this walk around tasting, you will visit 50+ exhibitors showcasing their creations as well as many of New York City's most respected chefs.

Legends of fine dining including Chef Michael Anthony (Gramercy Tavern), Michelin-starred Chef Bill Telepan (Oceana), and Chef Sohui Kim (Insa) are just a few of the presenting star chefs who will be serving a selection of their futuristic and sustainable delights.

On the menu: tender bison meat (The Honest Bison), sustainable seafood (Australis Barramundi), alcoholic beverages (Wainscott Main Wine and Spirits) and beers (Toast Ale).

Large-scale exhibits will encompass multiple interactive tastings and immersive installations, giving you a one-of-a-kind experience that unites art, tech, food, and drinks.

Hosted by Edible Manhattan, the city's leading culinary and culture magazine, The 3rd Annual Food Loves Tech is a showcase and celebration of the most innovative thinkers, producers, chefs, and entrepreneurs working to create a sustainable food future for all.

You will enter a futuristic world where oysters are used to cleanse seawater, organic mushrooms are grown in water-saving vertical farms and Michelin-starred chefs use 3D printing for haute cuisine dishes.

Sip and savor the unique offerings from 50+ forward-thinking food & drink brands, and stop by the fascinating panel discussions led by award-winning chefs, food entrepreneurs and journalists. Hands-on cooking & eating experiences, smart home & kitchen demos, and culinary laboratories will dazzle and delight you.

You'll also hear from luminaries and thought leaders like Sam Kass (White House Chef for President Obama, entrepreneur), Michael Chernow (The Meatball Shop, Seamore's), and Viraj Puri (Gotham Greens).
