The fine food and wine purveyors, Edible Brooklyn, returns for one of the most sought-after foodie events in the city, The 10th Annual Brooklyn Uncorked. Enjoy award-winning wines from New York State wineries and nibble on delicious food from some of the most popular restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Ethnic nosh paired with worldly wines turn the spectacular 26 Bridge on the waterfront in Dumbo, Brooklyn into the home of one of the highlights of the spring season!
A former metal factory, 26 Bridge is one of the city's top event spaces, recently renovated to highlight the building's industrial past - accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with a skylight.
The 10th Annual Brooklyn Uncorked will host various wineries and restaurants who have specially curated their best wines, beers and dishes for the evening.
For example, Maine Lobster Salsa from Benchmark Restaurant will be paired with wines from City Winery; Streets Restaurant pairs it's Peri Peri Wings from South Africa with Wölffer Estate wines; Bavarian Meatballs from Paulaner Brewery & Restaurant NYC are paired with bold reds from Rooftop Reds.
