The brilliance of this gem comes from the brains of Forbes "30 Under 30" mover & shaker Max Goldberger. Sister spots Shiso & Moko have also landed on the lips of the savviest epicureans in town, with each outpost upholding his passion for making Scandinavian & Japanese cuisine more authentic and accessible to city dwellers.

As one of New York’s youngest entrepreneurs, Goldberger is integral to the new wave of East Village eateries. He's a multi-hyphenate - think entrepreneur, restauranteur, DJ, social superstar, and founder of fashion brand IZI. Moko maintains his standards when it comes to each establishment - freshness, conviviality, and flavor.

Sharing the space with Shiso, expect an atmosphere that's both charming and contemporary.
