To start, the Yams (garlic butter, buttermilk-poached celery root, guanciale) are a luscious mélange of sweet, savory, and rich flavors that will leave you yearning for more.
Move on to the Fried Turkey Breast (cornbread stuffing, barberries haricot vert) or the Moroccan Lamb slow-braised with almonds, toasted sesame, and crispy shallots.
The decadent Pecan Tart (chocolate, vanilla gelato) brings the feast to a magnificent finale.
