Start with a few glasses of robust red wine as you drool over a plate of the coveted Foie Gras (date-lemon chutney, balsamic reduction, toast), not to mention the refreshing Tuna Tartare (yellowfin tuna, avocado purée, crispy shallots, yuzu vinaigrette) to kick off your appetite.
